Our Story

After taking some time off from the restaurant world to enjoy quality time with our kids we have decided to "Fire Things Back Up ". Let us introduce FOODCulture Idaho, our new catering company. 

 

We believe eating right is a way of life. Shaping the way people live and feel. Creating connections with one another, both socially and culturally.

 

Our goal is to produce fresh, amazing food! Creating "raving fans" of  FoodCulture.

"A PEEK" into our past. We were owners of Rustic Tavern in Lafayette, Ca. RT was local farm to table restaurant with a small menu where we featured daily, weekly and monthly specials highlighting seasonal offerings of the greater N California area.

Chef Gary- Graduated CCA in 1996. Has enjoyed working along side of some the best Chefs in the industry for the past 25 years. A Chef/Owner of a successful restaurant in Lafayette Ca for 5 years. Looking forward to sharing his delicious food with you here in Idaho.

Tressa- Life long restaurant customer service professional and past successful restaurant owner of 5 years. Tressa truly understands what it takes to produce a memorable guest experience. Be prepared for the 5 Star hospitality that  provides!!
